Hi,

I’ve paid for premium - it’s run to may 2019.

I’ve submitted a post at the help centre and it’s been a day and the post remains unassigned. This is extremely poor considering your calling it a premium service.

Perhaps just the price.

    I appreciate they don’t look but I would discourage you from purchasing premium.

    Still not had a reply or had the case assigned to anyone....

    According to an MFP staff member, in another thread, they are very backlogged at the moment. That's probably why you haven't been assisted yet.

    I have no plans to spend my money on MFP, you don't need to worry about that :laugh:
