I boil it in chicken broth, drain it, and then use a hand mixer. I might add a tiny bit of butter. Then salt and pepper it and it’s done, I love it. I had it with milk once and that was yuck.

Until I found body positivity and fat acceptance I was too embarrassed to go to the gym. I didn't do many fun activities because I felt people would stare...and they do. I lost weight quickly and gained it back twice as quickly. Now I eat healthier than ever, I don't diet. I treat my body well because I deserve to. I do…

I've had those days. I still have them. Sometimes it is hormonal, and sometimes its because I'm not dealing with my emotions. I have to work really hard to be mindful of my food and my feelings.

I've been around for a while. I am looking to strengthen my support system. I am a social worker at a homeless shelter right out of grad school (non-traditional, I started grad school at 31). so I have a super intense and stressful job that I love, and it requires long hours. I am a big fan of body positivity. I try to…

Thank you. That's unfortunate for me, since I wasn't arguing with anyone, but I guess that's that. There were a lot of helpful people and info for me. I think I'll stay off the forums from now on. Thanks again.

I tried that first, it's not. I believe it's been deleted and I can't imagine why.

I got tons of info, it was my birthday so I didn't have time to visit the links other people sent me, so I came back now that I have more time and it's gone.

I drink about 10-12 cups a day. Once I drank over a gallon, I was just super thirsty, but I didn't eat much and had almost no sodium, and I worked outside and got very sweaty. I got extremely dizzy that day. But usually it's no problem. I love water. It makes my skin pretty, and just makes me feel a lot better.

I hope that you have been able to get break through. 6 years is a long time to feel that way. I hope you find a good therapist. There is NO shame in therapy. Everyone needs it sometimes, even if they won't admit it. Take care of yourself. I know that must have been hard to share, and you wrote it a long time ago, so I hope…

I love Plain old green beans, I just sprinkle a little Molly my butter on them, heat them up and boom. I also will cut up squash, onion, bell pepper, in large chunks and throw a finely diced potato in a casserole dish, add a little olive oil salt and pepper and roast in the oven. Also diced sweet potatoes in a small amount…

I love to Marinade chicken in plain Greek yogurt, paprika, and lemon juice overnight and throw it on the grill. It's so tender and juicy, and stays juicy days after you cook it so it's great for leftovers or weekly prepping.
