How did you like the gingerbread yogurt? I was very disappointed. I found it had very little flavour if any

Me, too! I really liked the pumpkin spice one, so had high hopes for the gingerbread. The gingerbread didn't translate as well in yogurt form and could have definitely used more spice.

Meal prep : grilled yogurt, lemon, and garlic chicken. I serve it with brown rice mixed with cooked onion and peas.

Breakfast is usually just apples or grapes. I usually skip lunch and have an early dinner which is always steamed and raw vegetables with the occasional sweet potato or maybe I’ll just have oatmeal.
The attached photos are a variety of apples, and then spaghetti squash with tomato paste, steamed spinach and blanched mushrooms, and steamed greenbeans, zucchini and carrots on top of a bed of bean sprouts and a large dallop of tomato paste on top! I know it doesn’t look very flavorful, but I loved it!

It's at a local bakery in Vancouver called Purebread. They offer an insane selection of baked goods. That was the chocolate chip bar- so fudgey in the middle :)
