I don't always fry fish for my husband, but when I do, it's amazing!

Baja fish tacos with beer-battered deep fried cod, avocado-cilantro crema, pickled watermelon rinds salsa, green jalapeno hot sauce and some feta. Yum!

We hosted a Crawfish Boil last night and played Cards Against Humanity with friends. Someone brought this amazing chocolate peanut butter bark as well. Not pictured: jalapeño bacon cheese dip baked in a cast iron skillet. So mad I forgot to take a pic of that!

One of my favorite brunch staple, turkish çilbìr, which consist of salted yogurt with garlic, herbs and lemon, poached eggs, aleppo pepper infused butter and a little bit of pesto. With a cappuccino. ;)

My kind of salad. Chicken, peppers and red onion cooked up. Then spinach, lettuce, cucumber with toasted sesame seeds and sweet chilli sauce.

    Leftovers two ways:

I cooked a large salmon fillet for dinner over the weekend. I forgot to get a photo of the first nights dinner, but the following night we had cold salmon with salad and potatoes.

Today I had the salmon with a supermarket salad to which I added cold potatoes and gherkins.
