Please give me simple high protein recipes!

I egg, 2 egg whites, sauteed mushrooms, onions, peppers, tomato (or whatever), sprinkle of cheese = terrific omelette.
Chicken stir fry, grilled fish with lemon and seasonings, low fat cottage cheese, tuna and crackers. I shoot for a protein and a veg. My few carbs come natural in the veggies.0 -
Sardines. Beef jerky. Nuts. Salmon patties ... I make mine from the Wheat Belly Thirty-Minute or Less Cookbook, which uses coconut and almond flours instead of the breadcrumbs you would usually use (I'm gluten-free). Maybe you can find an easy patty recipe on web.0

Any fruit smoothie with gluten flour and skim milk
e.g.: 3x bananas, 500ml skim milk, 50g gluten, 10g cocoa powder, 10-20g peanut butter, cinnamon to taste (less than 1g), 250ml water
Those quantities are for around 1L of the cheapest high protein smoothie I've managed to make.0 -
