how many calories are you eating a day? this could be your issue ... If your defect is too great for you, you will crave more food.

makes no difference but water helps flushes out salt and other toxins and helps to prevent constipation. if you hate water so much add lemon or something to it or drink tea... you can't avoid bathroom breaks either it's not good for your kidneys.

eat within a calorie defect ... fat burner pills are snake oil the active ingredient in a lot of the pills is caffeine, which you could get from a strong cup of coffee.

dose not matter as most vegetarian diets are full of carbs and very little protien. stick to your calorie goal.

you can eat when you feel like it, or have time ... there is no rule you must eat at X time.

if you eat one serving only I would not log it, but if your eating many servings of so called ZERO calorie foods, you would have to as they all do add up ... eg you ate say 2 servers of traditional shirataki noodles and a pickle they have calories.

they don't count steps ... eg fitbit is on your arm so it's counting your arm movement, and not your feet.
