eat within a calorie defect ... fat burner pills are snake oil the active ingredient in a lot of the pills is caffeine, which you could get from a strong cup of coffee.0

from personal experience i would recommend not bothering. im off them now and feeling much better and energy levels are actually higher than what they were on them.. save your money

I wouldn't recommend them. It's a stimulant, so it raises your heart rate unnaturally to burn more calories. I'd rather do that with exercise than with a pill.0

No such thing in pill or powder form. Any claims made are usually supplements with stimulants in them. The stimulants don't burn fat.Hello! Looking for any suggestions on fat burners ???
