My body naturally "detoxes" each day. If yours doesn't, you should probably seek immediate medical attention.
Are you talking about those bogus "detox" plans floating around the internet? You can lose water weight through those, but that is about all they are good for. You won't get lasting weight loss through drinking lemon water/cayenne pepper/green juices/whatever.0 -
You're not going to find much support for detoxes here.

You don't need to detox. Eat less, move more.0
-
Your kidneys and liver do all your detoxing for you, and they need a wide assortment of vitamins and minerals to do so effectively.
So, ironically, many "detoxes" probably leave you more "toxic" than beforehand.
Detoxes are great for separating people from their money, that's all.0 -
are you on hard drugs??? that is the only thing you can detox from .... your kidneys and liver detox you every minute of every day.... I think you mean ... do fad diets work .... no they don't one can't not live of juicing or drinking or eating strange combination of foods.
eating a balanced diet and following calories in vs calories works.0 -
The best detox plan I'm aware of is the Drink Water/Expel Water plan. Your body detoxes naturally through metabolic processes.
The best way you can help it along is to give it adequate water to work with.0 -
I want a dollar for every detox thread... I would be rich0

Look up the Peep Cleanse. I've heard that wipes all the toxins out.0

Your kidneys & liver are detoxing your body every day.
Don't fall for these schemes that you can somehow magically out do what your body naturally does already.0 -

There's another current thread just with the same type of question.
No need to detox. Your body does it all by itself. If it didn't, we would all be six feet under.0 -

A+ referral0 -
No, but eating a calorie deficit and exercising I've lost the weight and kept it off for about 3 years now.
No detoxes, no pills, no special diets, no food restrictions - I still eat pizza, burgers, ice cream, drink alcohol - as long as I stay in a deficit or at maintenance, I know I won't gain the weight back. Simple.0 -
see the pattern here, OP?0

Getting enough fiber and fat also helps "expel" the non-water stuff.

Detoxes are sales scams. Peer reviewed clinical studies have revealed they do nothing to "detox" your body since the body doesn't create any natural toxins. If actual toxicity from ingestion of something is detected, then going to a poison control center or the hospital is where you consult since drinking/consuming a sales product won't take care of that.

OP - There is but one thing you need to properly cleanse and detox your body of all chemicals and toxifiers...
Peep-Bucks for all my referring clientele!
Having cash problems? Learn how I overcame adversity and how you can do it, too, in my upcoming book The 10 Day Master Peep Cleanse(TM): Becoming A Cleansing Master And Starting Your Own Peep Dojo, or A Pyramid Scheme? Some Might Say So, But Let's Wait To See What The Courts Decide.

I need to start a thread where I can keep track of them all.0 -
The ONLY reason I came into this thread was for the newest Peep Cleanse subtitle.
(even if we don't have them here and they still look inedible to me)0 -
