I'm 5'1 with about 40lbs to lose

This morning I went for a 6.5km run. This evening I am doing an hour pilates followed by 45 minutes of spinning. I forgot it was Thursday when I got up and went for a run. This isn't my normal routine and I already feel burnt out just thinking about it

I will make sure I get up between 4.30 - 4.45 and do an hours run. Usually back by 5.45 when I can get a bit of housework done before showering and being out the house by 7.00. Breakfast usually comes at about 9.00 when I start to feel hungry. Works for me as, like a lot of others, I can't get motivated to anything after…

Looks like they haven't been online since December 2016. We may never know....

I am from Uk and vegetarian. Feel free to add me :)

I am vegetarian in the UK trying to eat clean (note the trying....)

My diary is open, I'm on 1200 calories a day. I'm vegetarian so looking for vegetarian UK based friends so I can get meal ideas!! (although I don't mind meat eaters too!!)

My head thinks I can drink like I used to.... My non-existent memory and hangover the following day tell me otherwise...

Now I am totally confused about this. Am I right in thinking that if my daily life is sedentary, and my Jawbone says I haven't moved enough, then I will lose calories for that day? What if you only get 1200 calories? Will it still take calories away? Sorry if I sound stupid - I just have don't understand!

They thought I had a B12 deficiency but while I was waiting for the blood test results, I decided to try over the counter tablets. The tablets worked almost instantly - maybe after 2 or 3 days. However, after about 2 weeks I got acne all over my face - I didn't even get acne when I was a teenager! I stopped taking the B12…

Thank you all so much. It's been really helpful. I will definitely get onto the dietitian for more advice.
-
Thank you. I am understanding this a lot better now!

@Patttience Thank you so much for that. You have explained it so much better than any website I have seen! I had 70% of my stomach removed due to a tumour last year and I now have problems with digesting foods. I also have diabetic type symptoms after certain meals and so the doctor recommended I try this diet. (It isn't…

OK, thank you. I did see this table but thought there must be a table / list with more foods. Maybe I am being too picky and / or lazy lol.

I wonder: If you are in a deep sleep and your partner gets into / out of bed or is restless and the pressure maybe moves the bed which is in turn moves your wrist - does this cause your UP to think you are in a restless sleep / waking up? I find it hard to believe how much 'light sleep' and how little ' sound sleep' I am…

Well done with the amazing loss!! What is dragon boat?

I had a partial gastrostomy (70% of my stomach removed due to a tumour) last year. The surgeon warned that my food intake and tolerance would be much lower and I would actively have to work on putting on weight for the rest of my life. Well, it couldn't have been more backwards - I put on just over a stone in the following…

I run every day. Weekdays I do 5-10k a day (depending on time and my mood) and 10-15k at weekends. Do it nice and early and it doesn't cut into your day. I am obsessed with the running and the extra food

I always think that Parma Violets taste like perfume... Gross!

HAHA. Took me a while but I got there!!

Lidl is good for living salads and fruit and veg (mainly eaten by the bearded dragon and tortoises so I cannot comment on the quality) Asda has good bargains and deals - that's where I would prefer to do 'bulk' shop. Iceland for frozen foods and for 'quick dinners' when we have nothing in.

When I lie in bed on my side and my knees are so boney against each other... so uncomfortable!! Had to start sleeping with a pillow between my legs

I'm in Surrey :-)

I have an open diary for friends, but my eating habits are pretty poor at the moment. Eating bad foods but within my calories for the day (and yes, I know there aren't 'bad foods' as long as they are within your calories, I just mean I could do with more fruit and veggies etc.)
