Yeah, I have oatmeal (with other grains) and ground flax seeds with honey and cinnamon, it keeps me satisfied for a couple hours or so. That with a banana keeps me going until lunch. You definitely can lose 20 lbs in 9 weeks....I think 23 would be a bit too much. Really, it's not healthy to lose more than 2 lbs per week. Just stick with the program and you can do it! I lost 3 lbs in my first week, and I'm going to stick with it for 10 weeks or so....

Yes, I have been doing body pump twice (and sometimes three times) per week for 2.5 years, except during periods of time when I was ill or injured.

I honestly think the two most important things are tracking what you eat--no matter what--and exercising 6-7 days per week (even if it's just a long walk) in order to earn more calories. I'm trying to burn 500-1000 calories per day at the gym in order to be able to eat enough. If I don't exercise, it's a struggle to stay…
