Oh no! I would hate to smell the fries all the time! Go you for not getting yourself something that didn't fit into your day! I have the same problem that you do with smelling this fries but at my gym. I go to planet fitness and one day a week they have pizza there and the whole gym smells like pizza! :|

I don't think you should go below 1200. Plus, if you're only eating veggies.... you're not getting any protein... look into adding some meat/beans!!

Thank you! And to clarify, this was a huge deal because I had already planned out my day of food and only had 7 calories left so I had NO room for a sausage mcmuffin and a delicious salty hashbrown.... thanks for those who supported! Today I have room for a McDouble and you better believe I'll be adding that on!!

Thanks for posting this! I've wondered the same thing too. Yeah they're high in sodium but a lot of the foods we eat nowadays are high in sodium. I love those lean cuisines and I would eat them more often if they weren't so darn expensive!!

I was the same way until I tried on my wedding dress three months before my wedding and it wouldn't zip up. I freaked out and put my head on straight. Just know it's something you HAVE to do. (I gained it all back after the wedding... but thats beside the point and explains why I'm back on here lol)

Log it and plan the rest of your day around it! Just remember that only you can control yourself. I like that idea of just not having it because I'm the same way... once I have one I want more.

I do the same thing. Plan int he morning your food for the whole day. sometimes I'll leave a couple hundred calories just in case there is some sort of temptation or incase what I planned doesn't feel like enough!

My trick is to turn to God instead of food when I want to emotionally eat! :)

Listen to your body. If it's not saying "I'm hungry," then don't eat. BUT don't NOT eat for so long that you're starving because then you're more likely to binge eat (or at least thats how it is for me!)
