I've always logged my meat cooked... like if I grilled or fried so on and so forth... and 2 slices of bacon is like 80 cals where I'm at lol

I lost about 40lbs on it and gained it all back plus about 5 to 10 lbs. Now I'm learning to do it the right (slow) way but I feel 20 million times better. eating nuts is a quick way to get more nutrient dense food for more calories without that much chewing involved lol ... Don't be scared to get help if you need it, you only have one body don't mess it up but hurting it by not eating enough ... Good luck sweetheart

I have flat feet, mine did the same thing during zumba for a while... I think once i was drinking more water it improved. But that could have just been a coincidence. Good Luck! I think if it persists and you are worried then go to the Dr. just encase

I was on that for a while went from 206 to 155 I'm 5ft ... now it has been a while since then... I've been back up to 182 then lost is down to 155 again and now I'm back here again at 180 and trying to do it a little better than last time... Let's pray it works this time!... Good Luck!
