If I work out 45 to 60 min a day 5 days a week but not much other getting around than that , would you consider it sedentary or lightly active?
Workout would be Zumba, Running/30DS, Insanity....

I concur with bulbadoof, above. Even though I sometimes run 10 miles cross-country on a Sunday morning, or hike 17 miles in the hills in one day (ouch), I'm still set as sedentary, because when I'm not doing those things, I mostly just sit on my butt all day. I just add my exercise in when I do it. Activity level is based on your non-exercise activity, and then you log purposeful exercise beyond that.0
