I enter it as aerobics, light (and manually adjust the calories down to 75-100). Love Shaun T. Max 30 is even harder and more addictive than T25. However, T25 is a great programme. I love Speed 2.0- it's one of my favourite home workouts ever. So apparently easy but it makes me burn the calories!

I don't get a warning and can complete my diary provided I meet 1000 (but I never do go that low-just hit it by accident on my phone). Are you sure OP is infringing the rules? Eta: sorry, didn't notice the multiple pages. This has doubtless been covered.

The comment wasn't snide. The OP posted that she has congestive heart failure in this thread: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10541703/i-really-need-to-change-my-eating-habits Eating more egg white is not going to help her much if she doesn't stop killing herself with bad food. She needs proper medical help…

I find men DO tend to start doing exercise if their gf or wife leads the way. I don't know why but I have seen it again and again!

I weigh everything, enter it into MFP and sit down to eat... then my kid steals some of it. I should be happy at the greater deficit, but inner toddler is anal af and, after having a massive strop, has to recalculate and relog.
-
Log it... and move on.

Yuppie food.

I adore BodyPump (with the heaviest weights I can handle, regularly increasing) because my strength is improving AND I sweat buckets. And it's getting me into fantastic shape.
-
6-7 days a week.
-
I think the Stronger programme with Nicky Holender, free on YouTube, is fabulous cardio.
-
My scales stay the same for two weeks, then a tiny drop in weight (say, half a kg), rinse and repeat. We're women and we don't gave THAT much weight to lose. We have to be patient.
-
I always carry any extra over to the next day. I might be in the minority. I'm trying to cut from BMI 23 to BMI 21, though, so there's not too much room for error.

Insanity Max 30vids, the free Stronger ones with that English guy on youtube, Body Combat, BodyAttack.... all harder than running IME.
-
Sounds yum to me... plain or sweet chilli tuna?

If I sleep eight hours, I don't get hungry till mid afternoon. A few hours' sleep and I'm ravenous from midmorning. It makes a difference to me as my appetite steps up several gears.

Sugar is fine in moderation. By all means eat less bread, cakes, etc. but no need to get rid of them completely. Rapid weight loss is not the aim of the game.
-
Fabulous you. :)

Another vote for Insanity Max 30. Repetitive but tons of fun. For strength stuff you could try youtube- Les Mills Body Pump Extreme is fabulous.
-
It kills me but you are supposed to get winded, pause and keep going. Fab workout.

I hate all these stupid terms- saddle bags, bingo wings, muffin tops. Invented by misogynists to make women feel *kitten* about their natural fat distribution. I am a healthy weight but I have cellulite and so-called "saddlebags." So what? They're at the back of my legs and I can't see them. And no one else cares.

Fab vid. I love the abs circuits... they are really effective. Can't say much about results as I do such a mixture of workouts, but I think this us a great video if you only have access to lower weights.
-
Love it. Doing it a couple of times a week. Fabulous cardio.
-
Yeah... the second month workouts are a disappointment. Fiddly moves... wouldn't recommend.

If you're a woman and especially if you have had a baby or otherwise lost at a lot of weight, it may indeed be impossible whilst staying a healthy weight.
-
Haha, yeah, that really annoys me sometimes!
-
Yeah, she has one called Killer Buns and Thighs and that is the best of the bunch, I think.
-
I did it this week for the first time in ages and loved it! I do the circuits in this order:7, 6, 3, 4, 5, 1, 2. That way, I get more use out of the easier kicking ones (1 and 5) because I am warmed up and can go really deep/high. I also flip the bird at Jillian in circuit 2 when she laughs and says, "We're not even close…

I have a slight overhang after an emergency caesarean. What the hell. My kid was born alive. It was touch and go. I can't bring myself to get upset about a very small portion of my tummy that is usually covered by clothing when the alternative would have been so terrible.

I think I'm falling out of love with HIIT. I get too tired. I've gone back to more steady state cardio lately and found it sweaty, enjoyable and energizing. It doesn't leave me too shattered later in the day AND it doesn't make me extra hungry, unlike HIIT. My scale is finally moving downwards again. I really agree with…

What kind of band is that, please? Do you have brand suggestions?
