here's a vid from where i work, i'm IN the video but not instructing (you can figure out where LOL). The video guy was only available for certain days so i am not in this particular video as an instructor.

Man I wish we had a rebounding class here -- that looks awesome!
I Zumba (yes, people still do that).
I used to spin a lot. I think it's fun to get lost in the ride and the music. I used to have crazy energy afterwards too.
I do running intervals or tabatas on the treadmill.
How about joining one of those bootcamps, where it's a lot of sports drills? That's cardio.
Jumping rope?

Insanity Max 30vids, the free Stronger ones with that English guy on youtube, Body Combat, BodyAttack.... all harder than running IME.0

We have alot in common!! I do Tabata on the treadmill as well!! And I've been looking into boot camps but they're spendy!! You have great ideas!! Thank you!!1
