I am! For over a year.. I have found it very helpful in knowing what my body is doing...I don't follow the macros strictly but I do alot of the behaviors and I have discovered that the higher my flex score the better I am able to lose so I think it is definitely worth it to me!

Yes....I am tapering off my antidepressant and am suffering...as many coping mechanisms as you can find and just keep getting back up when you get knocked down....that is all you can do...❤️❤️❤️

I am back to IF 16/8 as well but I am doing a pretty much 6am to 1 pm eating window...it helps my digestion and I can actually eat more calories and still lose weight so my body enjoys it...I do get head hungry in the evenings sometimes but it is getting easier...I use the Zero app to keep track...good luck guys!
