Hi! I'm 5'2" and have a 1200 calorie plan. As long as you watch out for carb-y foods it's really easy to do ! I also log all my exercise and even with the inflated calorie burn MFP sometimes shows I've lost 9 pounds in three weeks. Feel free to add me to see my meals !

Hi, person who lived in Korea here. Store owners absolutely do shoo you out of the store, I had someone tell me they don't have pants "that fit that kind of butt". It really is just that body types are different there, so my advice is pack as many high quality clothes as possible, take it with a grain of salt, and enjoy…

Welcome! Feel free to add me :)

So I didn't have a knee injury at the time, but I had a foot injury and my doctor told me the lowest impact cardio machines were the elliptical and bike (the ones with the chair on it so you can sit back and it's less strenuous). Maybe toning down on the elliptical and doing some light biking with the few days you have…

I guess you should start by deciding what motivates you. I love clothes, so when I do a full week of going to the gym like I'm supposed to, I buy myself a new pair of gym pants or running shoes! It keeps me looking forward to a reward when i do good things and make good choices. decide what motivates you and reward yourself!

I truly wish i had that mind set.. i think that would be a significant difference maker for me. I think its a long road to switching to that mind frame but I really need to get there. Youre absolutely right! Thank you!

wow! you look amazing! congratulations and hope 2015 only gets better for you. thank you, so inspirational

Absolutely, thank you, that's what I'm trying to get at; not literally losing muscle huge amounts of muscle mass, I feel more "flat" as you put it than I do when I'm lifting.... cwolfman, that was very helpful, I was wondering how much people looking to gain muscle do cardio, and 150 minutes is do-able, maybe I'll switch…

"a lot of muscle" was a little dramatic, I just feel the long distance running I like to do is slimming me down but is taking away from the toned look I'm trying to achieve. I was just wondering whether decreasing cardio to 1 or 2 days instead of 3 or 4 was too much of a change, especially since most people responded that…

so i'm only 5'2", but when I weighed 135 I felt and looked really great. However I like a more athletic look so that's what I would assume someone around 5'4" would like.

I don't ever count coffee towards water intake. Whether you're drinking coffee/tea or not doesn't change the fact that you need to be drinking enough straight-up water. However, make sure to log any milk you're adding; it's so many carbs!

Also looking for friends for motivation and also newly graduated ! feel free to add me =]
