I also find myself doing like you and if I have one bad day I let it roll to.a week or more.. but this time I'm determined to stick.with it and so far I'm doing okay.. track all your meals today and just start by making sure everything…

Thanks everyone.. I love my Pepsi max too.. so.im going to.make.sure I drink way more water and use the Pepsi max as a treat now and then.. I do find that if I really want something sweet to eat having a Pepsi max helps to stay away from the chocolate bar .#constantfight

Best of luck shayne.. I have a scale because I need to keep track to keep me motivated.. but I know a lot of people who prefer to go on measurements or just how their clothes feel to track weight loss..
