Hey everyone, I've been doing this for a week now! getting into a routine and not stuffing my face at every opportunity!! I do love food!!! but 3 meals a day and smaller plates!!!, brought myself a cross trainer and dug out the LTT, and I am taking the dog out on longer walks !! once the cold has passed I might just get on my bike and explore the wonderfull new forest I live in the middle of!!!! I am also trying to stop smoking aswell as it gives me more energy! all week ive lasted till about 6pm and then craved in!! today im just going to keep busy and finally for a whole 24 hours without smoking!! , so lots to do and achieve but with the aim to be healthier, slimmer and not sweat so much!!!!

    that is great news. just don't put too much on your plate. take it one day at a time.
