You really just have to make up your mind to do what needs to be done to get the results that you want. There are days when I eat over my daily calories, but I always track my calories so I have to look at what I ate. I try to cut back a little on other days to help with the overage. Try to find out what is making you…

I will count calories. I might go over but I still plan to track what I eat for accountability. I will try to eat more turkey and ham and not as much bread, potatoes & dessert items.

I always eat breakfast at my desk. 1. I make a big batch of muffins and put them in the freezer. Nuke them for 30 seconds before leaving the house. 2. Boiled eggs (not sure if you eat eggs) 3. Refrigerator oatmeal, made the night before.

This is what I did last weekend at a baby shower, then I logged it later. I skipped the cake and potato chips.

Shakes/meal replacements can work if you stay within your calorie range. I personally like to chew my food, but everyone is different. Try it, see if it works, if not, do something else. Best of luck.

Are you trying to maintain your current weight? 1200 seems like too little per day if this is the case. If you truly need to eat only 1200, you really only have 3 options. 1. Exercise to burn some calories 2. Plan the rest of your day around the 451 calories you have remaining 3. Eat over 1200 for today. What will work for…

I make refrigerator oatmeal the night before. I don't feel like I'm eating the same thing every morning because I change the fruit and sweetener I use. The recipe I use 1/3 Cup rolled oats 1/3 cup skim milk 2 tsp chia seeds 1/3 cup greek yogurt. Mix together, with the ingredients I use the calories are 219. Then I add…

If you want to succeed you have two options 1. Leave enough calories to have a middle of the night snack 2. Don't have a middle of the night snack. It's your choice. Remember the more your resist temptation the better you will become at resisting them. Good luck.

The best doctor for thyroid issues is an endocrinologist. Good luck on your health issues. My thyroid levels were always in the normal range, even with my nodules. There is a group for those who have hypothyroid issues. They may have more suggestions for you. Are you using a food scale to weigh everything? Serving sizes…

What kind of tests did they do on your thyroid nodules? If your thyroid isn't functioning weight loss may be slower, but if they get your levels correct you can lose weight. I have had a total thyroidectomy due to thyroid cancer and have lost 6.2 lbs in 4 weeks.

I have not had Chia seed pudding, but I do a refrigerator oatmeal using chia seeds. The recipe I use is 1/3 cup rolled oats (uncooked) 2 tsp chia seeds 1/3 cup skim milk 1/3 cup greek yogurt. Mix together and let sit over night. With the ingredients I use the base recipe is 219 calories. Then I add frozen fruit and…

Can you put up a barrier so you can't see the snacks? I'm thinking maybe a piece of cardboard folded so it will "stand up".

This time I'm at 22 days. I've logged everyday since starting this time. Wow I'm impressed at the number a lot have done.

I only track on MFP weekly, but use and app called Monitor your weight to track my daily weight.
-
Hmm that seems like too big of a difference. Make sure you put your cup or bowl on the scale and zero it out, then add your cereal.
-
I count it, and cut down on the oil next time.

Are you drinking a lot of water? I find that when I drink cold water it makes me cold.

1/1 - 197 lbs. 1/8 - 194.2 lbs. Loss - 2.8 lbs

Yes I do, but so far I haven't done a lot of exercise.

If you must eat fast food, try and cut back on these items. If you have a burger from Burger King, try and have baby carrots and a fruit instead of fries and all those calories for a drink. Try the refrigerator oatmeal recipe. It is wonderful and you make it the night before to grab for breakfast. The one I use is 1/3 cup…

I don't think PB&J is the answer, Peanut butter doesn't help you "go". Add things with fiber and plenty of water, but as the original poster said if you haven't "been" in 2 weeks see a doctor.

Chicken Salad, tuna salad or egg salad, if you don't want a sandwich eat it with crackers. I like the clubhouse crackers. Try the refrigerator oatmeal recipe.

I am the same way with chips, I love the baked lays cheddar and sour cream the most. If I buy them I eat the whole bag within a day. Any homemade baked sweets are also hard for me to resist.

Great Job.
