Where have you found the Peri Peri sauce? Had never heard of it but read up on it and it sounds interesting. Also, how hot is the medium? We have a 6 year old who likes spicy things(buffalo sauce, etc...). Wonder if it's too hot for him?

Bolthouse Farms makes a Yogurt based Ranch. 70 cals per 2 Tablespoon serving size. Very tangy yogurt taste. Not bad.

I like to break it up by using what I would have on a salad as a sandwich. Toasted two slices of Arnold NuttyHealth 10 grain bread. One side got a wedge of Laughing Cow Fresco with Chipotle cheese, the other got a 100 calorie pack of Wholly Guacamole. In between lettuce, spinach, sliced tomato, cucumber. De-licsh!

For 30 minutes: at my weight, walking 3 MPH = 195 calories burned, just moderate treading water = 237 calories burned, swimming leisurely = 355 calories burned.
