On the web, from My Home, go to Goals > Change Goals and then select Custom. From here, you can enter your macro and calorie goals.

Guess I should start focusing on trying to go lower on my squats then! But I've read that you should watch that your knees don't go past your toes or something like that. Good form is key and it helps to know that if you are going to go that low, to lighten the load you're lifting. Great tips! Thanks!

I've found that reducing my sugar intake and eating whole grain carbs and vegetables has helped with bloat. It hasn't reduced a lot of weight, but I am still leaning out. Went cold turkey a few years ago to black coffee and haven't looked back since. I love it this way now. Took a few weeks to get used to but it can be done! I was so concerned about the calories so black was the way to go for me.

Start slow and don't overwhelm yourself. Track what you can and don't get discouraged if you miss logging a few foods or a few days.
