I'm trying to aim for specific grams of macros from my trainer but all I can change is the calories and then it does it for me and does not accept the macros that I wish to put in! Please help! Xx

On the web, from My Home, go to Goals > Change Goals and then select Custom. From here, you can enter your macro and calorie goals.0

A very nice guy has made several add-ons that can assist you in that: http://foodfastfit.com/myfitnesspal-x-foodfastfit/#/howdy0

I'm afraid you'll just have to use math on that one.0

1 gram of fat = 9 calories; 1 gram of carbs or proteins = 4 calories. Multiply your grams of macros for those figures and you have the amount of calories of each macronutrient. Use your total amount of calories to calculate the percentages. Done.0
