I log my exercise calories on MFP by what my Fitbit says. I do not use any of my steps adjustments-I just delete them. I eat up to 2150 per day but my guy is only 8 weeks just now. I found out I was pregnant in September and miscarried at the end of October and had a d and c. Then just found out on Christmas Eve that I'm expecting again. I want to be healthy and not gain the 55 lbs that I gained with my daughter, who is 21 months. I'm still holding on to about 25 of that anyways :(

How much water do you drink per day OP? Drinking half ur body weight in oz is what I try to do. That will help a lot too.

I usually do eat something but its usually around 9-10am. I do a starbucks frappuccino light (100 cal) and a greek yogurt (80 cal). It's good to get MY self going, but it may not be the best for you.

My all time favorite is a Tim Horton's Iced Cappuccino and a toasted bagel with cream cheese...however, that isn't very diet friendly....so when I am logging I have a Starbucks Frappuccino Mocha Light (prebottled from Walmart) for 100 cal and a strawberry greek yogurt for 80 cal. MMMMMM.... <3

Just for today...I'm gonna try to forgive myself for eating the crap pizza and Doritos for dinner! I tend to have a "I already screwed up" attitude. I don't want to do that....and I already got my T25 in, so now I'm only -68 calories...thank heaven for the 397 I burned.

Get some chocolate flavored frozen yogurt! so good and tastes just like chocolate ice cream! I even make a smoothie out of it with almond milk!

OMG, just finished T25 Total Body Circuit and I can't even get up! 25 minutes and 332 cals gone, per polar HRM.

I use my polar heart rate monitor. I start at the beginning and end when Shaun T says time on T25! Then I log it as "cardio" and make my own exercise and log the calls my HRM says. Hope that helps.
