I'm concerned about you having roommates controlling you. You take care of what you want when you want. Don't allow them to have that kind of power over ANY PART of your life. A scale is very important lol. My family thinks I'm nuts but hey I'm looking good.

Might need to get more nutrition out of food. Food diary maybe a little weak for your activity level. Don't count on the supplements to be giving you what you need. Just a guess...good luck to you.

I burn more doing incline walks than the crazy work outs. It's my go to. Keep a good pace and get at it!

No food scale=No idea how many calories you are eating It felt silly for me at first but I tell you what 44 pounds later I'm glad I started doing it.

You NEED your protein. Also I'm kinda thinking for a guy you need to be eating more if you're that active.

Stay within your calories for the day and your gold. I'm always hungry at night and save calories just for that.

For sure on the fitness blender those are great. Also Jillian micheals has several on there she is pretty good.

Youtube has all kinds of workouts.

My dad gets that way. He is diabetic so we kinda thought that had something to do with it...he is using some kind of goats milk lotion that kinda helps. It comes and goes he says but always at the end of the day.

Your just need to have your Doc. draw some blood and that's about it I think.

I love it!!! If you are logging your food right you should start seeing changes with diet alone. The workouts are a added bonus :) Stay with it!

I noticed them all over my thighs had no idea what I had done. Then I realized I had been slamming the weights into my legs when I was finishing a tough set. Idiot. Also anemic.

Iron is what you may need to be sure your getting. Also be cautious with those weight ;)

I try to go do nasty chores when i get the munchies. I clean the trash cans. Or clean my boys bathroom. No more appetite.
