I started with walking and would run a few minutes at a time here and there. I gradually increased with the running. I started last March and can now nearly run a 10k!!! Never thought I'd even want to run but sure do enjoy it :-)

I have changed my weight loss goals to fitness goals instead. I want to be able to do one armed push ups ect... This has helped remind me that this is not over there is still work to do :) Time to be really awesome now!!

Iced coffee... One cup cashew milk unsweetened 25 cal. Half cup black coffee 0 cal. One squirt of Milk Magic's original iced coffee milk infusion 0 calories!!!! It is heaven for 25 calories to have an iced coffee there is no going back for me!!!!

The fewer rules you set the better. Don't diet. Eat what you like but weigh it and log it honestly and the weight will go if you stay within your calorie allotment for the day. Walking may be best for exercise, kiddoe in the stroller and you are good to go. Walking or any workout isn't required to lose but it feels so good…

I would say not to be jogging until you no longer need the meds. Might defeat the purpose. Hang tight until you heal up.

Ok still go get some labs done...we need to regardless. I've got the thyroid thing and it can get you feeling blah. But for the fun stuff think of something crazy and go for it. Ok just for the sake of safety go get a check up at your doc get some lab work done...the basics. Might just be lacking some iron or other nutrients for that matter if your a little under weight. How long have you been trying and what are you doing. Are you using a food scale? You need to give a little more info for advice on diet. Now feeling pretty is another story. You can lose all the weight you want and not feel that. Work on pretty now. Look at yourself and find it. Its there I promise.

Maybe a little off topic however, I used my scale the other day to show my young boys that YES YOU AND YOUR BROTHER HAVE THE SAME AMOUNT OF MAC N CHEESE. We haven't had that argument since!!!
