I saw something that was where you mix coconut oil, raw honey and Epsom salt in a jar, and eat a teaspoon of it before bed. It's supposed to help you get to sleep fast, and stay asleep.
Has anyone tried it ?

Considering Epsom Salts are used to aid in the relief of constipation, I'd hope it didn't make me stay asleep - could get messy.0

Epsom salt is magnesium sulfate -- a laxative.
Check with the pharmacist or doc. Some forms of magnesium do help some people sleep.0 -
