  • No...if you dont consume it then there is no reason to track it.
  • I do yoga most mondays and wednesdays. I love it! it's good for muscle toning and relaxation.
  • Eat higher calorie food and stop trying to resist eating food when people make it? Seems like a no brainer.
  • I started counting calories around 3 years ago and i was like that too in the beginning. After a while you should get used to it. You'll get a better grasp for how many calories are in different foods and how much to eat and it wont stress you out as much.
  • When did you weigh yourself? Always weigh yourself in the morning before you eat anything and after you go to the bathroom. That will give you the most accurate results imo. Anyway, a small amount of fluctuation in weight is normal from day to day.
  • I keep my almond milk for up to about 2 weeks. I'm paranoid to keep it any longer because i've accidentally tasted sour almond milk and it is DISGUSTING.
  • Pretty much exactly what i was going to say. Eat as fresh as possible no matter what you eat. Personally I dont think dairy is that healthy and i try to only eat it in moderation. I also dont think most grocery store meat is good quality or healthy; buy your meat from a farm if you can and produce from produce stands or…
  • Pretty much the only smoothie i make includes water, 2 leaves of tuscan kale, a banana, frozen pineapple and frozen cranberries. its so good! all the flavors balance out very well.
  • Yes, people have adapted to digesting dairy, but they haven't adapted to eating it without other consequences to their health. Health goes beyond just being able go digest something. There aren't any long term positive effects on health from dairy, but there are many negative ones. To answer the thing about nut allergies…

  • It does make sense to eat small amounts of meat, as we can see in many other species of animals in the world. While humans are the only ones who consume another animals milk. I'm not sure why people get so confused about that.

  • Eating dairy (and red meat) has been linked to heart disease, diabetes and some types of cancer. Humans are, to my knowlage, the only animals who consistently give themselves diseases because of what they eat. If your ancestors were meant to eat dairy, they wouldnt have needed to develop the ability to eat it in the first…

  • It makes zero sense to consume another animals milk, and animal milk based products. The reason that so many people are "lactose intolerant" is because we're not supposed to be eating that stuff. The only beneficial part of dairy is the high protein content and you can get that from meat, nuts, beans, seeds and even leafy…

  • Open ☺️
  • Instead of buying a whole big package of something, just buy a small, serving sized package at your corner store (or a convenience store, gas station, etc). For example you could buy a small pack of cookies of a candy bar and take it home. This way when you eat it it's gone and there is no more for you to binge on. That's…
  • Best not to eat meat at all
  • You would lose weight faster if you didnt because you would essentially be eating less.
  • with peanut butter, cut up banana and honey or brown sugar.
  • I take a multivitamin, a fish oil omega-3 supplement and a B/C/zinc vitamin daily. im thinking about getting an iron supplement as well. I think vitamins are incredibly important, especially if you dont eat a lot of animal products.
  • It's easier to meet calorie goals by eating low carb food and you really dont need that many carbs to sustain your energy.
  • I think the person posting this thinks it's the healthiest way for a person to eat, not that it will necessarily help them lose weight. which i agree with. no dairy and very little meat is how people should eat tbh.
  • I just mentioned this in a post but i always eat toast with peanut butter, cut up banana, and honey on it. it has protein and fats AND its just amazing.
  • One snack a night wont hurt you. Treating yourself throughout the day could help too. Think about what you crave when youre snacking (sweet, salty, etc) and try to incorporate that into your meals throughout the day. For instance, I usually have toast with peanut butter, banana, honey and coffee for breakfast and i feel…
  • 2/3 cup of blueberries and a yoplait yogurt. more of a snack but i prefer to eat snacks throughout the day rather than big meals.

  • It tastes a lot better. Just seems like it's way better quality to me.
  • Who cares about macro balance? And what does this MFP know about being healthy anyway? When i first signed up for it it had me eating 1200 calories a day which was pretty much starving myself to lose weight even with the extra calories that i burned at the gym. anyway my point is fresh veggies are always going go be…
