Hey, I'm new to this and just trying it out... Seems pretty useful!!

I teach Yoga. Anyone else use Yoga in their exercise routines, and how does it benefit your goals?

    I do yoga most mondays and wednesdays. I love it! it's good for muscle toning and relaxation.

    It sure is! I think it's so necessary, especially if you do weights too! What type of yoga do you practice? Hatha? Sequences?...also meditation...daily. Very good for energy

    Yep! I do Yoga Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays (studio) and Pilates Wednesdays and Fridays (gym at work).

    I love yoga and try to do it every day. I'm also running and I find the deep stretches very helpful. Hoping to become a yoga teacher one day.

    Oh you want to be a teacher?? Why? It's a great thing to do...are you training anywhere to teach? Running on a treadmill?
