I do yoga most mondays and wednesdays. I love it! it's good for muscle toning and relaxation.0

Yep! I do Yoga Sundays, Tuesdays, Thursdays (studio) and Pilates Wednesdays and Fridays (gym at work).

I love yoga and try to do it every day. I'm also running and I find the deep stretches very helpful. Hoping to become a yoga teacher one day.0
