Thanks. I read the other discussion. I did it yesterday evening and I loved it. Normally I walking at the same speed but this was different. I want to do this program on my elliptical. It's better for my knees. Maybe I'm going to do this on my stationary bike also.

Hello I have a question. I've downloaded an app couch to 5 I but I want to use it on my elliptical. Is that possible ? Are there people here who are doing this? I don't like to walk outside that's the reason.

Yes as long as your calories that you eat are less than the calories that you use you will lose weight.

I'm 51 years old and I have to lose around 20 kilo. I dieted a lot. Lost a lot and gained more. Now I'm in my menopause and on medication and am trying to get more healthy. I will send you a friend request. The more friends and support the better I think. Especially in difficult moments.

When I wake up in the morning I just need a breakfast. When I don't have a breakfast then at around 10 I will feel dizzy. But every person is different. Good luck with MFP.
-
Wow that's really a lot in only 1 month. I will send you a friend request.

I will send you a friend request. Maybe we can support each other. I tried it many times also but now I also have many problems related to my weight so I decided to do ot this time slow and wise. It isn't a race.
-
Congratulations I want to add you to my friend group so we can support each other.

On the 11th of February I turned 51. I must lose 20 kilo for my health. Did MFP before but lost the will to weigh and fill in everything. Now I've started again. I will send you a friend request. My native language isn't English but Dutch so there will be grammatical mistakes 😉

51 years old and have to lose 20 kilo( not pounds) so a little bit more. But I don't mind😁 I can do it with ups and downs. Check in a few times a day and weigh myself every Friday. Need people who want to make comments to me. My native language is not English so I will make grammatical mistakes but I hope that doesn't…

Why would you do double ? If you think MFP works why should you pay for counting points(if I'm right and you also join ww)

Make little weight goals. With every 2 or 5 kilo you lose make a reward list with things you really want.

I hope you can make the right decision for yourself. But I find it a big decision. It's one for life. You can't undo that operation when it turns out too difficult. You can't eat normal anymore for the rest of your life if I'm not mistaking. A griend of mine had a gastric bypass and have to make decisions with every meal…

1. To become healthier and get rid of all the health problems I now have. 2. I want to have a better condition than I now have. I love to walk but am always tired now. 3. To prove to everyone I can do it(want to be proud, no one believes that I can lose weight) But really the most important reason is that I want to become…

I thought I saw my father. You have the same face. Wow. 😳

I use the fitbit with MFP. For my food I use MFP. I'm living in Holland and fitbit food bank doesn't work here. But MFP does work very good. The only thing that works fine in fitbit are the steps count. The exercises is better in MFP. Just combinate the two and you have a fantastic MFP.

Just a few months ago I learned that it was all fake. Not a weekly weigh in but after 6 weeks.

O Yes the biggest loser😂😂😂😂 i watched that too.
-
I weigh myself maybe 2 times a week but on Friday I write it in my app. This makes my mind calmer. Daily is to stressed for me. It fluctuates to much.

Just track everything. I stopped using MFP a year ago because I didn't like tracking what I ate. But now I regret that I stopped. I'm now tracking everything and I hope that in 1 year I have lost some weight. Just look forward and not look in the past. You can't change what you did in the past. I'm only looking in the…

51 here and had cancer a few years ago. Still on medication and my body is tired almost every day. But I'm still thankful for this beautiful life. I want to lose that extra weight too. I'm doing MFP again for 2 weeks and am determined to stick with it this time. Next year I will feel lighter and healthier I hope.

Good morning. It looks like you're all so sportive. I have to push myself to do some exercises. I love reading and studying more😅. And it's cold outside and then I don't want to go outside for a walk. But I will go on my crosstrainer today. Tomorrow I'm going to weigh myself. It's my first weekly weigh in since I started…
