The terrain u run on matters too... asphalt is softer than concrete... dirt/grass/sand will soften the impact.... and always stretch and warm up before running and prob after would be beneficial too

I find that yoga helps .. u just put on boho beautiful on YouTube and follow one of her videos but I'm sure there's other just find one u like ... also peaceful walks can help with both mind and body if there's s pretty place around you u can just walk around ... mainly just find a form of exercise you can enjoy

So I'm not happy with my midsection either especially after having my baby (2 years ago) so I guess I can't blame her still lol.. but having said that core workouts help and also deadlifts are awesome for the gut I haven't been consistent so I still have a gut but they definitely helped

Yea I keep hearing that too hopefully it won't happen since I'm eating quite a bit when not fasting so my weekly calorie goals are the same as if I wasn't fasting so I'm definitely not starving I find is more of a discipline type issue instead of a hunger issue .. we shall see what happens

Rest definitely helps ... I've actually noticed my fasting benefits work best when I sleep fasted and I'll notice the benefits in the morning so I think it's a double whammy . I've heard of people being able to control their binges with intermediate fasting where they eat very little calories one day and many calories the next day that way people that are volume eaters don't feel so restricted. They go by weekly goal calories instead of daily.
