any advice from people on exercise that is friendly with arthritis that is chronic?

hi. im looking for some ideas that i can use to try be more active. i cant walk to far so am needing ideas on what i can do sitting..thanks!

Can you swim or do water aerobics?1

Maybe some gentle yoga to help with flexibility just listen to your body and do what you can and feels good.1

Swimming and yoga both are great suggestions! You can also try cycling. I used to do a workout program called Ballet beautiful (you can still find it on youtube) and there were a lot of exercises done while sitting and lying down. Quite intense but it got better with time.1
