Agree with the other posters. I also allow myself a free day every two weeks or so & figure it all balances out in the end because of being under most of the other days. I like what somebody said about it being a bank account :)

You want to weigh 94 lbs? Not sure this is a healthy goal to set for yourself. I would suggest checking with your doctor first.

I did the 15 day juice fast a couple of months ago & lost exactly 15 lbs. I noticed a huge difference in my mental & emotional states as well as my physical state. I was rarely hungry, and even the couple of times I was I think it was more of a desire to eat something solid rather than actual hunger. For the first couple…

I am just recently back on MFP after quite a long break so I will weigh in every Monday morning for the next 2 or 3 weeks, after that I will go back to my normal way of tracking progress which is the alternate back and forth between weighing & measurements (one week weigh in, next week take all measurements etc). I find…

It's yummy...but I've replaced it with sunflower seed butter. I originally switched to almond butter but it was too firm & nutty flavored...sunflower seed is almost an exact match for PB in consistency & flavor (and better for you)

In the past when I've lost weight I find that for the first while I actually feel 'fatter'. I think this is mostly due to the fact that my body changes shape & I lose weight off different parts at different speeds...so I go from being big all over to looking a lot more bumpy & lumpy in certain parts. For example when I…

I use unsweetened almond milk in my smoothies & usually have to grind some ice into them as well to make them thick. If they end up a bit too thick I put a splash of water in them. The yogurt would definitely be thickening them up, same if you are using bananas. Personally I love eating them with a spoon :)

Thanks for the new recipe. I just had an amazingly delicious store bought shepard's pie the other day (after not eating it since I was a kid) and realized how great it is...only the store bought had about half my daily calories per serving!! So happy to have a healthier version to try at home :)

bump...thanks :)

I make them with just banana & egg whites. Nice & thin crepe style (splash of unsweetened almond milk if needed)...and I top with Smucker's No Sugar Added Wild Blueberry Jam. YUM!!!

You're eating half the amount of calories you should be...and most of those calories are made up of chips & chocolate. You might want to try adding some vegetables & fruit and other generally healthy stuff...it's a lifestyle change that's needed. If you resort to a program to help you then you need to follow the guidelines…

Try adding Vitamin D & Vitamin B Complex in the morning...these really helped me. I noticed a difference the same day I started taking them...I was up cleaning the house like a maniac in the evening! Haha! But after a couple of days my body adjusted and settled down. Now I have way more energy & better moods.

Your diary looks ok to me :) I have a couple of helpful (hopefully) hints I can pass on: 1) I would suggest tracking your fiber as well...you want to get as much as possible. 2) Chia seeds are AMAZING! They are a great source of protein & fiber and you can add them to anything (you can do a search here on MFP & you'll get…

I used to weigh in every week but after being disappointed sometimes with the results (or lack of) I changed it up & now only weigh myself every two weeks...much happier with the results & not quite as number obsessed :)

Every day...haha! Since I had my daughter my body holds weight in my stomach area alot more than it used to. I'm a C cup & my upper stomach definately sticks out more than the boobs. Think it's a pretty standard shape for people that are carrying extra weight...you're not abnormal :)
