No did not give me anything for T3. Said just wait and we will see again on the next blood work. My question is how long do we have to wait?? I do not have Hashimoto's that I know of. I have to beg for the test that has been ran now. Hoping this new doc will be more understanding and get this lined out.

Welcome back! Lord working 3 jobs with kids and a hubby is enough to help push you off the wagon. I'm tired just reading that! Ha! I do believe that we all have moments where we slip from time to time. I agree the feeling good part is worth it. The scales don't move much at all for me, but I love how I feel great!

I agree...I've noticed that when I choose an ingredient in MFP the calories, fat, carbs, etc. are not accurate, so I usually just add my own.

I make the cream cheese pancakes, which is just cream cheese and eggs. I usually add a little Splenda to sweeten it up some. Then of course have to have the DaVinci sugar free syrup on them!

I've tried all kinds of sweeteners and just don't like them and keep going back to Splenda. I've wasted so much money of others and decided to stop trying and just stick with the one I like. lol. I def can't do Stevia....it's after taste is awful!

Yes totally! I had a weak moment and had a beer. I can say the beer was not worth the mess I dealt with for days after consuming! I've had one or two in the past but this time....well let's just say I looked and felt 7 months pregnant! Lesson learned!
