Both from H&M . I don’t have a food scale but when I’m home I do use my measuring cup when I can n log everything . I could only breast feed for the first 2 months. I even sweat my butt off every other day dancing with Zumba

Hi I’m Bree I’m 26 and I’m trying to either drop 60lbs or get into a size 8 n I’m a size 12 now so which ever comes first . I’m curvy but strong . I live in NY and I just want to feel comfortable in my skin .

U guys r welcome to your opinions but don't knock it enless u tried it. And since I started my journey b4 mfp I've lost 20 lbs by eating the foods above n eating healthy n staying at 1200 calorie intake. U r right I should of put sources but I was in a rush.

Try not to eat more then 1200 calories n if ur looking to lose weight cardio is the way to go. Lifting weights is to tone. Also don't work out all the muscles in one sitting. Do arms n tummy one day n legs and butt another
