Hi everyone. I too am on a goal to loose 40 pounds and get back to prior pregnancy body. I'm not having problem choosing healthy foods but I can't seem to get the carbs down . I feel everyone I have some fruit the carbs go up. Any suggestions other than raw broccoli??
