Kilroy's first kayak adventure. We were actually doing duck retrieves but I had the kayak in the back and decided I needed to get on the water. He wasn't too sure about it....there really isn't much room on there for both of us.

I have taken to early morning exercise....it is the only quiet time in my days (also 12-15 hours per) Just getting outside in pre-dawn cold air jumpstarts my day. Housework or TV time is overrated....none of that happens! I just fall into bed at night pretty much as soon as I get home.

@MadDogManor, I'm with you...up really early in the morning, but I need to try to eat earlier and get enough sleep! My activity tracker keeps sending messages that I need to sleep more. According to Garmin Connect, only 1% of the population in my age group gets less sleep than I do. Yea...I excell at something....hahaha.…

Stepped way outside of normal today! I "ran" the BubbleBlast at the NYS Fair. Long story short, I needed new shoes and ended up entering my first organized run. And I survived! Pics when I can figure out how to post it.
