Just finished halfway through the Zombies Run C25k!

I don't consider it false because if im not at work or at the gym (or other exercise) i am pretty sedentary.

Ive had them before and don't care for them. But i have a pedometer on my phone which i keep in my pocket and i range between 5k-8k steps a shift

decided to cut up some old scrubs pants into shorts for gardening, my old L fit me again! (down from XL)

Took my workout outside, did a 10 mile walk at a local national park, keeping at about 3.0mph. Nice walk along the lake!

I wore a tshirt to the gym i haven't been able to fit into two months ago.

Forgot my cell phone when i went to gym today, which had all my music and my C25k app. Instead of giving up for the day, or shortening my workout. I did the C25K as best i could remeber from the day before and my weight routine. i have to admit it felt good to be unplugged for an hour or so.

Update: I loved the salted carmel halo top! I'm going to try a different flavor each week.

ironically enough my mom over bought some fresh ginger and gave it to me so i guess its a sign! Now to pick a recipe...

I've such a major change in energy levels. I used to sleep 9-10 hours, drink 3 cups of coffee and still drag. Now I sleep 7-8 hours, have 2 cups of coffee and ready to hit the gym in the morning. Its like getting a part of my life back!

Just a follow up: I did stop today and found my local sporting good place had a gait analysis so i ended up with a good pair of Brooks. My poor little sketchers met their end today. I realized i had worn through the cushion on the heel completely.

I just completed the week one day one of the zombies run couch to 5k! On advice from here i used the 1.0 incline

37, happily married, no kids and no plans. my kids are furry and have paws and meow.

I've found this too! Only 3 weeks in and my hair had had a major growth spurt and feels so soft!

I got one! in drinking more water tap water taste in different locations I can tell the difference between my house, my mother-in-law's, and work. I can also taste the difference between different bottle waters.

I like the bolthouse brands. They're usually in the produce refrigeratored section

if anyone's curious i got the oriental glazes salmon and veggies, tossed salad with greek feta dressing on the side. i split one slice of bread with olive oil with my husband.

i lucked out. mine is a sweet sweet lady Right now im thinking chicken marsala and either a double serving of veggie or a veggie and a salad. water to drink MIL also tells me there's chocolate cake at home.
