I agree to slow your pace down. Also, keep in mind that each time is not going to be a breeze to do. It's SUPPOSED to be hard. C25K free for iphone is what I use. You can use itunes or pandora (open the music first), and then run the C25K app (so you can hear her talk and when to run/walk.) I love it. It's what I used the whole time. I just graduated today! :) good luck!

I gave up coffee...and actually stuck with it!!! I was a coffee fein, like 3+ cups a day...one more day left until I can have that delicious caffeinated hotness... I cant wait to feel how the caffeine will affect me, I'm going to feel high! lol!
