    Ok, fINALLY back. I have no idea how I will do but I will go for the almost ironman. Not sure how the biking will go so I will halve it.

    -Running/ Walking 26.2 miles
    -Biking 56 miles
    -Swimming 2.4 Miles


    Today - 3 mile run.

    My goals for May are to execute the workouts my coach puts in front of me and to up the pace I can operate at in my HR zones:

    So far:

    Swim: 2700 yards
    Bike: 18.67 miles
    Run: 8.3 miles

    i'm modifying my goals this month to give me something more realistic

    Swim - 2 km
    Bike - 100 km
    Run - 100 km

    going to try to get outside more this month and run instead of spending too much time on the spin bike at the gym
