Running/walking: 52.4 miles
Biking: 112 miles
Swimming: 1 mile
I upped my running and halved my swimming...will be a big challenge for me, but ready to try.
Adding what I have done so far in May:

the chain keeps jumping between gears on the back, if i get some time i'll muddle around with it (and probably break it more, but hey ho xD).

Planning on biking 12 in the morning. I signed up for another sprint today on my birthday in July. The swim is in the Mississippi River right in downtown St Paul, MN. I am very excited for this one!! I have been super slack in tracking. I ran 17 miles last week. 4 miles Tuesday and 3 today so a total of 24 miles running.
I finally made it to the pool for the first time since Jan or Feb. .75 miles that day.
Still haven't gotten onthe bike. That is my goal for my next 4 days (I am off). Bike and swim.0 -
