    Is it too late to join? Love this idea, though not much of a swimmer.

    Ok, goals are as follows:

    Running/walking: 52.4 miles
    Biking: 112 miles
    Swimming: 1 mile

    I upped my running and halved my swimming...will be a big challenge for me, but ready to try.

    Adding what I have done so far in May:

    Running/walking: 12/52.4
    Biking 0/112
    Swimming: 0/1 mile

    Swim: 2.4 DONE!!!! (I guess I need to adjust my goal for next month)

    i'm modifying my goals this month to give me something more realistic

    Swim - 2 km (1.25 miles)
    Bike - 100 km (62.5 miles)
    Run - 100 km (62.5 miles)

    May 1 - REST
    May 2 - 4 km run
    May 3 - REST
    May 4 - REST
    May 5 - 6km run

    May 6 - 8km walk
    May 7 - 4km run

    Totals
    Swim - 0
    Bike - 0
    Run - 22 km

    I'm going to have to modify my goals - my bike is broken :( the chain keeps jumping between gears on the back, if i get some time i'll muddle around with it (and probably break it more, but hey ho xD).

    Keeping my running/swimming goals the same though :)

    Planning on biking 12 in the morning. I signed up for another sprint today on my birthday in July. The swim is in the Mississippi River right in downtown St Paul, MN. I am very excited for this one!! I have biked much of the course in the past and it is hilly and challenging. Should be a great way to start my birthday!!
