I had the same problem with too much running and no strength training. Squat, Deadlifts, Farmers walk and yolk will pack on the muscle and build bone density. To prevent injury It is very important to learn how properly. A few seminars with a qualified trainer will get you started right on proper form and diet.

yes times 3 today. Just finished a cardio/strength workout which I hadn't done for 2 years and those push ups, planks and burpees haven;t gotten easier but feeling great

Hello everyone. yes to all three. I have moved some stationary magnetic bikes into the tv room . they make zero noise and my woman and I spin to HGTV and Forged in Fire time flies watching TV

Hi everyone, I am looking forward to this challenge, I am presently in a 28 day challenge and these are great motivators. My reason I am doing MFP is mainly vanity and want to use some of my smaller wardrobe.

I was under calorie 7 days, was able to do more than one hour of exercise each day. I lost 9 pounds and 1 inch on my waist. feeling very positive
