I put a sheet mask on my face. I'm nowhere near the kitchen and not able to eat. Technically, I've figured out numerous ways I COULD eat with the mask on my face, most involving milkshakes or wine and a straw, but it seems like too much work at the time. ;)

I'm on 1200 calories. If you friend me, you can see my diary. I have a VERY bland palette, so if you're a foodie, it may not be worth it.

JFT - Friday - Stay within daily calorie goal - As long as I stop eating and drinking right now! Kitchen is closed! - drink more water during the day (this week I've fallen off the water wagon) - Ugh. Sadly, no. Didn't crack open my Swell until almost 2! - eat my veggies for lunch (stealing from others on this thread) -…

I third the suggestions of adding things to your water. My go-to is cucumber. I also use Kool-Aid Tropical Punch water flavor drops. They're expensive but oh. so. good!

JFThursday - Stay within daily calorie goal - YES! That's three days in a row. Really good for me! :) - No alcohol - Yes - but probably more because I didn't feel well than anything else. - Bed at 9:30 - Yes, again, not hard. I didn't feel well. - 30 min on elliptical OR 30 min yoga - No. I was feeling nauseated almost all…

I'm going to be in a meeting first thing tomorrow morning so I'm reflecting tonight instead! JFT - Wednesday - Stay within daily calorie goal - Yes! This JFT thing is working for me  - No alcohol - Yes! This one was definitely b/c of JFT. I would've grabbed a Coors Light with dinner and I had the calories left, but I…

@asclepsia That sounds like exactly what I would do! I'm always putting things somewhere "so I won't forget" and then forgetting where that special somewhere is. :# @joan6630 Thank you for the warm welcome! JFT Goals - Tuesday - Stay within daily calorie goal. - YES! Thank goodness after Monday! - No alcohol (not a…

I would be interested in joining!

@wikkidwanda Great plan on the candy for the movie. I went to a Bon Jovi concert last night and had pre-planned and logged for 3 drinks. Turns out, I had to trade a drink for gummy bears b/c the section I was sitting in had them just sitting out! There was no way I was going to avoid that! :)

I take carrots and celery, turkey breast from the deli, prepackaged popcorn (80 calorie bag), and a banana or other fruit. I also always have 100 calorie snacks of beef jerky and almonds with me at. all. times. because I hate being hungry.

This board is exactly what I need! I'm 39, and have between 15 and 20 lbs to lose. JFT Goals - Stay within daily calorie goal. - No alcohol (not a problem, just an easy calorie cut) - Bed at 8:30 (Bon Jovi concert last night. Need to catch up on the lost sleep).

I'm in for 5 lbs in March!

I would lose weight on it, but regain because I need tasty food.[/quote] WW lets you eat whatever you want. I eat plenty of "tasty food". Hell, I'm drinking a glass of champagne as I type this!

I've been doing Weight Watchers since January and have lost 26 lbs so far (have 11 more to lose). I agree that Smart Points are sometimes a pain so I also use MFP on days I choose to eat a Klondike bar but the plan works for me. I tried to switch only to MFP in March and April. I even joined a challenge group.…

Some weeks I slow cook a boneless turkey breast on Sunday. Then cut it up for the week. It's delicious! I actually have one cooking today b/c it wasn't thawed yesterday! I don't microwave it at work. It's great cold.

It's silly but I have a calendar and every day use either a green or red marker to mark the day, depending on if I stay within my calorie limit or not. Then, at the end of each month I add up the green marks and the weight lost. The marking sounds silly because it's not a facial or a pair of shoes, but it totally works for…

username: dwntwn5 Team: mission slimpossible Weight: 135.2 This is a day late b/c my scale told me yesterday that I weigh 129 and I knew better than to believe it.
-
I'm hoping to weigh in tomorrow instead of today. When I weighed in this morning the scale indicated that I lost 7 lbs, which can't be true. So, if I can, I'd like to weigh in again tomorrow. If not, I'll keep last week's weight. As much as I'd like to take the 129 weight, I'm certain it's not accurate.

@1TheQueenB I get so motivated every time I'm about to hit a new weight decade! I also "earn" a facial at every new decade I hit, so that doesn't hurt. :o

Down 1 lb exactly this first week. I was ready to celebrate because I had 7 meals out last week. Every one of them for work purposes. Then, I went online and saw that our whole team is at a loss (well, those of us who've weighed in so far this week)! I'll pick up my game this week, team!

Snacking is my pitfall too (well, and champagne). I first ask myself if I'm hungry or bored before eating. If I can't stop thinking about food but know I'm not hungry I leave the first floor of my house. I find that if I'm not in reach of the kitchen I think less about food.

@JMarcelle57 That's a Sunday ritual for me. I pre-package all my veggies and fruits for the week and make hard boiled eggs. I find it motivating. I hope you get an entire week of great sleep this week! It makes such a difference!

Thank you @jmarcella57 for volunteering to be our team captain!

My dad was born and raised in E. St. Louis! We were basically neighbors! Love the St. Louis area. It's a great city.

Wine, well champagne really, is also a regular indulgence of mine. I have drastically cut down since January (19 lbs ago) but will fit it into my day if I want. I find two things help me personally. 1) I weigh in on Mondays. It really helps me make better choices on weekends. 2) I don't ever tell myself I'm giving up wine.…

I grew up in southern Illinois, near St. Louis! I went to graduate school in northern Illinois but haven't lived in the state since graduate school. My dad still lives in O'Fallon. It is a small world!
