I'm 37 and in high school was 137 lbs but as I got older n each child was born I would gain a bit more now I'm at 237 and would love to lose 60-100 lbs add me as a friend on here n good luck this is hard but it's gonna be well worth it .

Grated carrots I hide them in meat loaf homemade burgers. Barbeque meatballs. Even the kids don't know that they r in there

I am also trying not to eat much bread but a low calorie wrap is perfect. ( especially when I'm wanting a sandwich ) I think I will be eating lots of wraps this week. Lol

To help reduce calories in pasta dishes. Try Shiritaki noodles they r only 15 calories per serving you can find them at walmart near the bags of salad in produce section. Just rinse them in cold water for about 3 min then boil for a few min n they are good
