Shrimp broccoli n brown rice

Cooked shrimp. Instant brown rice and steam fresh broccoli. @ 165 calories for the whole plate. I used a little Olivia spray butter n old bay seasoning. Yummy n filling

    Nope it was a whole big plate full
    Half the bag of shrimp. Half bag of broccoli and a serving of rice

    Looks good. But I've bought the Great Value shrimps before and there's no way that nutrition information is correct. Cooked shrimp is like 28 calories per ounce... there's no way 4.5oz is only 68 calories.
