I've been slowly weaning myself off the caffeine for a few months now. I started out by doing 3/4 caffeinated coffee mixed with 1/4 decaf...then half & half...now I'm down to 1/4 caffeinated to 3/4 decaf. I've tried going cold turkey before and wound up with horrible headaches as a result but with this method I haven't had…

I was told that the protein goal should be looked at as a minimum for the day...not a maximum. Going over protein is not a bad thing. My husband helps me train and he encourages me to go over my protein.

My baby boy Conner is in my profile pic with me! I love my little man!!!!!!!

I'm the same way. I still allow myself the sweets I crave because I know if I dont then I'm doomed to fail eventually. I've learned that I can handle eating just half a chocolate bar instead of the whole thing and I've also discovered "Skinny Cow" candy! It's amazing! You just have to find what works for you. You can still…

I always store mine in the refrigerator after I open a box.

Thank You! That Works For Me! :)

I'm 5'7" and my goal is 135 and to fit into a size 5 again. It depends on each individual person though...My sister is 5'9" and barely weighs 120 but she's healthy and strong! She just has much smaller bone structure than I do. She was built to be that small. Do what feels right for you. As long as you're eating healthy…

I hope you find it...I was lucky to find mine.

I'll have to search for those snuggies. Thats a good idea until I can get back home to have it sized. My sweet hubby offered to get me a new one but I wouldnt trade this one for anything. I'll wear it around my neck if I have to! :)

I dont know if it was funny...but it was certainly satisfying. Went home for a visit and while out in a local bar I saw this guy that I used to "date"...he broke it off with me because in his words he "likes tiny little petite girls". Were still civil with each other so when I saw him I said hi and we started talking.…

No I havent tried it with fat free...I used the whipped because I like the texture more and it is lower in calories than regular cream cheese. I just like my cream cheese light and fluffy.

Thank you for this! and just to clarify for everybody else, I am not going hungry during the day so that I can binge at night. I usually dont eat breakfast until 10:30 or 11:00 and I do have a snack around 2:00 but lately I just dont feel like eating an acutal lunch. I'd rather save up and have a nice healthy dinner with…

I also do bootcamp twice a week and I always log it as "circuit training". You could also get a HRM if you want to be more accurate on the calories burned.

I have not been diagnosed with anything yet but my husband and I have been actively trying to get pregnant for about a year now. I actually joined MFP because I heard losing weight could help me to get pregnant. I too would love any support and friendship from women in a similar situation! Support is everything!!!!! :)

www.buckle.com Lots of awesome clothes for guys...my husband shops almost exclusively at Buckle and I love his sense of fashion.

I freeze a big bottle of water and start drinking it around 7:00 or 8:00...because its frozen it takes me a while to drink it and it keeps me from needlessly snacking. By the time I finish it around 10:00 I'm ready for bed and I've avoided several hours of nighttime munchies.
-
I drink two cups a day with creamer...it takes up 100 calories of my breakfast but its soooooo worth it!
-
I too have a problem with mindless eating. I have always had a problem with eating when I'm bored. Staying active and not allowing myself to get bored has really helped that problem.

Awesome! Thanks everybody! :)

I was like you...doubled over in pain for hours during the first few days. I finally went to the hospital and my doctor prescribed me Naproxen. Its the medicine in Alieve but the prescription was for a much higher dosage. It really helped. I would take it a day or two before my period and I would never even feel a cramp. I…

The day I had my surgery done I was up walking around within an hour and craving a cheeseburger. The next day I stayed in bed all day with ice packs on my chest but still wasn't in a ton of pain. The third day was the worst because I had alot of muscle spasms but the meds they gave me took the edge off of that pain. After…

I had it done 5 years ago and I waited 6 weeks before doing any heavy workouts. I also waited 3 months before doing anything that used my chest muscles. Just make sure you listen to everything your doctor tells you and dont try to do too much too fast. You dont want to mess up the new girls! :)
