Question about potatoes

I have a giant box on instant mashed potatoes ( not as good as real potatoes lol) and we never really use them because we always make homemade. But the question is can i refrigerate the instant mix? It doesn't say on the box, and I doubt it will hurt it but I don't want the flakes to all stick together. lol I sound like a moron for asking but what the heck lol Thanks XoXo Stars

you should be able to refrigerate or freeze them. I'm not totally sure though, because I've always used real potatos.0

I just didn't want them to go bad or lose any freshness because we rarely use them. Homemade mashed potatoes are always better lol 0
