I have a misfit flash. It's pretty inexpensive but works pretty well. I like it because I do a lot of cycling and it's very accurate. It also tracks sleep.

I have this same problem, and I am the type of person that is really motivated by others and I don't have anyone to help motivate me other than people on MFP.. All I've been doing to try and keep up is just continue to log even if it's bad, and stay as active as I can.

I'm going to have to refrain from drinking like I was. I was drinking every day with my husband, and it's not like it's light beer, it's Miller High Life. The weight I put on is just stupid, for a stupid reason. Not only did it impact my weight, it impacted my skin too. Beer was definitely part of my normal(daily) life...…

Yes, I have been weighing them all actually. I just have been eating a lot of non-fat or low-fat things. I do cook with butter or olive oil and do not shy from it. I definitely could probably add some things from above post to complete it. I'm usually like 100-200 shy.

I think I do pretty good when it comes to balance. There is no way I could just eat veggies and fruits. I do pretty good at incorporating fats and proteins. I guess I should actually just try snacking. I've never been a snacking person so it would have to be something I really made myself do.

What time do you eat dinner vs go to bed? Maybe try getting in bed earlier? On Thursdays all my shows come on so I'm usually up till 11 and I've noticed that I do get hungry when I'm up that late. I just chug a bunch of water though until my shows are over and try to get in Ed before I go eat the kitchen down. Lol...

I must be a horribly mean parent because my kids will eat what I fix or they can seriously go hungry. Idk how well it would work, but when there is something I'm not crazy about I just force myself to eat it. I love all veggies and fruits though. I'm not crazy about certain dairy stuff though

Try putting fiber supplement in your drink or Miralax in your drink. My uncle is a GI doctor and swears by Miralax

This has become a big problem for me. We have a bar in our house and like you, I love my wine and spirits. A beer gut on a female is not sexy though. I'm definitely having to take a step back and look at my priorities. My alcohol intake definitely contributes to my weight gain. :-(

I have endometriosis which leads to horrible, almost dibilitating periods. I starts "gaining" weight two days before I actually start, but it always drops off usually plus a lb the day after I stop. I usually just step on the scale once during my period cause I get curious. And I have 8 day periods That are freaking INSANE…

Hi Cheryl, I am basically in the same boat. I had my 3rd son in 2013 and like you this factory is shut down for business lol. I am a stay at home mom and have gained 30lbs since my before pregnancy weight. I did MFP before, lost 20lbs but put it all back on. Ready to get it off, keep it off and then start weight training
